Hi, I see that it's possible to get the 3 players I mentioned but don't know how to do it properly. What do I spend the 5k gems on? Attack points or starter tokens? And does it matter if I go for Messi or Neymar since they are different nodes?

Second gym time! Easy battle, started with Bian/Kricketune, Focus Energy plus Fury Cutter took out Turtwig and Cherrim. When Roserade came, Bian was paralyzed, so I attacked once then switched to Stella/Staravia and defeated it with a Wing Attack. 🎊
Anyone experience the focus/energy plus a boost in socializing as if you're on caffeine with smaller doses?
I take about 1.6g every other day, and ever since I introduced into my regimen later on the day taking another 500mg and 250mg before bed, I've noticed after waking up from the smaller doses I feel quite stimulated. And just learned that people report the smaller doses can be stimulative. But this truly feels like a caffeine type stimulation, just with the positive wanting to excessively socialize/talk. Anyone experience this too on these doses? I even sweat slightly ever since introducing those two small doses before bed and waking up feeling extremely refreshed and energized like I slammed an espresso. It can be sort of anxious too type of energy. But I've heard reports of this happening with doses above 2g after sleeping, acting like some sort of glutamate rebound like GHB. So could it be the two small doses that are being stimulatory, or could the two extra doses be adding up to 2g from my initial 1.6g dose that usually relaxes me, and before introducing the two extra doses I didn't wake up as energized? It's quite uncomfortable at times but goes away as I wake up more out of bed. should I just take the two doses out of my regimen? and see if that helps? As I truly don't know if it's the stimulatory effects of a smaller dose or it adding up to 2g, and creating some sort of glutamate rebound like GHB as mentioned earlier, as I've read in quite a few anecdotal reports 2g+ doses causes feelings or can cause feelings like these the next day.

Unbelievable amount of ENERGY plus one downside to Nofap
So I started nofap from the start of this year. Some benefits I am noticing now:- 1) I Don't feel like taking a nap during day time, sleeping about 7 hours a day compared to 8-9 when I was fapping. 2) MENTAL CLARITY, MORE CONFIDENT and MORE OUTGOING. 3) I have so much extra energy; I like to keep myself busy doing something productive throughout the day. Just one downside not sure if it is common, but today (my 20th day), I had so much rage for no apparent reason. I got pissed off at little things. So I went to the gym to take out my frustration by lifting heavyweights. (it helped lol) Any of you guys had this raging issue?
